I’ve learned that God doesn’t do darkness. He doesn’t have a hidden agenda or a secret list of enemies. When I was younger, I knew what darkness was. For years, I was truly on my own, moving from place to place with no real home, living in the shadows of a world that felt too big and just too cold. In that time, it was easy to believe that everything was hidden, and everyone had a secret. But God’s light is different.”The Lord is my light and my salvation, bwhom shall I fear?” Psalm 27:1 That verse isn’t just a nice thought, it’s a living truth. When you’ve been in the dark, you learn to appreciate every glimpse of light. And when God’s light comes, it doesn’t just light up your path but it exposes everything that was once concealed. It strips away the masks people wear, reveals the true intentions behind their actions, and makes plain what was once whispered in secret. There is a peace that comes from knowing this truth. I don’t have to fight to uncover what is hidden, because I know that God sees it all. He sees the hands at play, the alignments that happen behind closed doors. He knows the animosity, the jealousy, and the secrets that others try so hard to keep hidden.”There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known.” Luke 12:2.This promise is an anchor for me. When I feel like a personal attack is happening or someone is trying to deceive me, I don’t have to get pulled into the conflict. I can stand firm on the foundation of my faith, knowing that God will reveal the truth in His own time. The true anointing of God, for me, isn’t about being loud or aggressive in my accusations. It’s about having a deep, quiet discernment that whispers the truth to my spirit.I trust God and only God. My prayer for anyone reading this is that you find that same trust. Let His light shine into the hidden parts of your own life and the situations that trouble you. You don’t have to live in the shadows of doubt or fear. Trust that with Him, all things come to light.
